This book deserves this review and this reviewer. As a fiction writer who never planned to target young adults, I understand that feeling when you read a book that you know has hit it just right, yet is way past the edge of normal. A Freak Observer is it. An award winning book, no doubt, and an author who expresses herself in person in exactly the same honest, insightful way. Bravo, ALA and Paula Willey for touting this horn.

Wow! Well, I'm convinced--and I love your review style.
